The Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) Form PSD-101 is required per Government Code §51015.1(a) and Title 19, California Code of Regulations, Chapter 14, Article 2. Please take time to complete and submit all sections by July 1, 2023. This information is used for statistical purposes and in developing the invoice for the coming fiscal year.
